the frog and the fish dream……..
(there is this computer junkie watching me do this so he can get on this computer next) maybe i should say to him, “i don’t give a fuck about you. I don’t give a fuck about the things you do. i don’t give a fuck i don’t give a fuck………..lol……….
anyway, this was a dream i had while in therapy,
i was riding on a train on a bridge over some water (Is this a textbook dream or what. i swear i had this dream) and there was a slug on my hand that i flicked off my hand when it landed in the water it turned into a frog and began swimming down into the water. a big fish came up from behind it and ate it.
interpretation, via Charles Zeiders, my counselor, (i was a pastor doing a lot of counseling at the time) the frog was the therapist part of me, the frog landing in the water and going down symbolizes the therapist that deals with conscious and unconscious reality, the fish was the pastor part of me that didn’t like me doing so much therapy
the interpretation made sense since i was struggling with really liking therapy but i got no church points from they guy i worked for for the counseling i was doing only the more traditional pastoral things i was doing.
dr. zeiders asked my permission and wrote a paper about my dream and presented it at some conference in Italy. He even had an artist draw a picture of the frog swimming and getting eaten by the fish or some part of the dream………no lie, i have a famous dream……………lol
